1. Open to male students.
a. 16-19 years old

2. Elimination Round
a. Standard 60 seconds

3. Final Round
a. Standard 60 seconds
b. 180 seconds

4. Top ten (10) players after the elimination will shoot it out for the final round using the 60 seconds and 180 seconds time limit.

5. In case of tie, players will use the standard 60 seconds in a one round shootout to determine the winner.

6. All participating players will use only standard ACCEL basketball.

7. Ball rack will not be placed on either side of the player. As innovation, the player will now get all the balls in the rack placed in front of him.

8. Official timer will be assigned in every contest.

9. Participants are required to report at the venue one hour before the contest start.

10. Elimination round’ winner will represent his school, province or barangay in the final round.

11. Referee’s Decision is always final.


Registration

1. Participant must be an active/presently-enrolled student of the university/college.

2. Age requirement must be the age on/or before December 31, 2006.

3. Physically fit and of good moral character.

4. They must register to the Athletics Director’s Office.

5. The Athletics Director’s office will screen all the applicants and may add additional requirement for registration (other than in items 1 – 3) as may be required by his office.

6. The office of the Athletic Director will then on submit the list of qualified participants together with the photocopy of their birth certificate, photocopy of school ID/registration certificate, and duly accomplished registration form to APL Advertising at least one (1) week before the contest date.


Prizes

1. One Million (P1,000,000) cash for shooting all the balls or a perfect score of 30 points during the 60 seconds limit.

2. One Hundred Thousand (P100,000) cash for shooting all the balls or a perfect score of 30 points during the 180 seconds limit.

3. 16 – 19 Division
a. Winner – P3000 cash, P3000 ACCEL Products, medal
b. Runner-up – P1500 cash, P1500 ACCEL Products

4. 10 finalist shall receive the following:
a. Finalist Accel 3 point shootout shirt
b. Gifts from sponsors

5. Top Five (5) player will automatically qualify in the National Finals.

6. P5,000 cash for shooting all colored balls during the 60 seconds limit.

7. P500,000 cash for shooting all the balls or a perfect score of 30 points during the 60 seconds limit.

8. P1,000 worth of ACCEL products for shooting all colored balls during the 180 seconds limit.
